I had a dream that I had my Land Cruiser back the other night. I’ve actually really been missing it lately since we’ve been wanting to go hit the trails with some friends but my truck only sits 2 comfortably. Ideally I’d have both like @Speedytech7 but I think that would really be financially ruinous to have two old Yota shitboxes to feed and maintain.

Well, I'll post today's fuck up.

Before I actually make my mini-TIG cart, I wanted to get the 'accessories' out of the way.

Drew this up earlier and was really liking the layout.

    346127634_5916570305139139_5719410374158509501_n.jpg

After seeing a 3D version of it, I modified it a bit and the end result was this.

    346126102_178579291464890_6634312215086974864_n.jpg

It'll be for cable management, specifically my TIG torch cable.

Well I had drawn that up on the PC, shut it off, and came to the garage to cut it out. My dumbass didn't save the file

Found a half-ass freebie and said fuck it I don't want to draw it again so here it is.

    20230514_112848.jpg

Cable management will be on one side, and TIG consumables with holder and whatnot will be on the other side.

So I'm gonna try go tackle my fan clutch today and yank out that weak electric fan. If I recall correctly I still have the nuts that are on the studs in the water pump that hold the clutch to it, these should be 12mm. What nuts do I need from the hardware store for these four that attach the fan to the clutch itself?

This truck is an 80 series chassis. The body was ordered separately. The transmission is from a 100 series. The engine is a 4.7 from a 100.

Just take a stud to the store with you to get said nuts.

    They're metric, and isn't a 12mm head an M10? I could be wrong but it'll be M10 or M12.

The fan ones are different, the ones for the water pump to the clutch are 8mx1.25m12 if im not mistaken. Im honestly not sure.

    10mm on the fan
12mm on the clutch to wp

I should do that, unfortunately im retarded so I gotta ask first.
