I have these and the intake manifold spacer. I noticed no difference in city driving

but when I go to the mountains, I do notice that the truck stays on top gear more. Doesn’t downshift as often…..

but just regular driving, didn’t notice anything.

I went through pretty much the same thing.... had first ordered the tsb versions (part #'s ending in 04210... but even though they advertised (Daytona Toyota) that they had these what you receive is one side tsb part# and the other side old part#. Being that between the two the dtrl's had different lenses i sent them back. Ended up getting (i assume) the post tsb versions (old part #'s but with clear dtrl lens... not the faded yellow.)

Also tied a Jerry can cuz why not

Got my truck back from the shop while on vacation. Alternator replaced, new alternator belt, new O2 sensor...runs like a champ. Had it inspected. CEL light finally cleared.

Anyone have a good recommendation for a place to buy TPMS sensors (OEM) for a good price? Best i've found is ToyotaPartsDeal.com for $67/each.

I have been using ROADFAR brand from Amazon. Get 4 for under $60. Have them in my 2008 (4+spare) and 2012 Tacoma (4). Different model numbers in each truck. No issues after over 2 years. FYI newer 4runner (2016+) TPMS work in 2012+ Tacoma.

Pickup up a set of total chaos bed stiffeners from a guy locally. Didn’t realize they were for a 3rd gen looks like nothing a cut off wheel and drill bit won’t fix. Price was right.
