    But then you'll;

    ask how much oil-consumption is normal every 1,000 miles

    send said oil to Blackstone

    look up as to why xxx number of people stated they couldn't open their trunk anymore due to an overly stretched cable

    why your egr is clogged, and if it's common

    how the weak point is the automatic transmission, but if you go manual you'll have the issue of replacing the clutch and throw-out bearing and will have to search the best Toyota shop in town cause your GF won't let you work on cars

    list goes on :rofl:

    Not lately; as a kid I always liked them after watching them race in person.

    Yep, my dad used to either take me to watch them run closed public roads and around that same time also got me into RC.

    This was back when we lived in Germany.

    Shit more than that; I still find myself seeing headlights in my rearview and being able to tell what car or truck it is.

    Something my dad always quizzed me on in any and every car ride.

    Asking extra like motor options, etc for said cars.

    @01x4

    What's the sudden urge for wanting a coupe?

    Grow tired of the truck?

    Also it’s a good thing my Tacoma doesn’t have an EGR or a trunk :luvya: The TOB is still chirping though :anonymous:

    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
    The dealer where I worked after school during high school had a customer with one of these 2-cycle wonders. He was some type of custom cabinet maker and had his saws in it. We called it the breadbox.

    It was fun to drive for about 10 minutes. It was a 1970 model that was sold in 1972 or 1973 -- due to 2-cycle emission restrictions.

    That's pretty cool. Always nice to grow up with someone who has niche interests to pass on, makes life more interesting!

    I've always liked them from afar, aesthetically and performance wise, but always told myself it's not practical...then going with what's "practical," and really finding I rarely actually need space like I thought I would. It's all just made it feel like I could live with one completely fine and get to enjoy it and not be as hampered by the perceived inconveniences. Actually if anything the truck, if you think of packing only in the extracab, which I've done on lots of trips, is more coupe than my wagon.
    (Wagon would go, two door would swoop in. Truck just seems like the constant...surviving all tides haha) Maybe I'm getting close to a midlife crisis lol

    @Kwikvette Also planning on "un-building," the truck back to stock. Which I'm actually kind of excited about.
    Might keep shell though, its been useful. But its heavy. Hoping in the next year or two I'll have a place with a garage and possible storage for it, who knows. Or I'll just hawk it (for the right price) with rack included.
