@InternationalHarvester Since we're on the topic of tunes, I suspect my truck is tuned already, but have no idea. It drives better than my dad's 17 but still not great. Would you be able to plug into and tell? If it does have a tune on it can you overwrite it to your tune? Pm me if that's better. Or if you want to chat i can get you my number.

 

Hey TJ, tunes are quite difficult to identify - this is by design. If it’s already tuned, it can be overwritten with a new tune, or even reverted back to stock. It’s worth noting that all developers release periodic updates. So even if your truck is already tuned, there’s a good chance that it’s an older file and you could stand to benefit from a current calibration. That’s a maybe sir. If we can identify your ECU, I’d know for sure. I can do that, or Auto Zone, O’Riley, Napa can too. I’ve never heard of anybody charging for that.

 

There not that bad. It's contained on the center rod unless you REALLY fuck it up. They do suck you in though.

The first one I did went like this:

Turns 1-3 What the hell's the big deal. This is easy peasy.

Turns 3-5 Still not so bad but I better start paying attention'

Turn 6 Fuck me. If that clamp let's loose I'm gonna have a bad day.

Turn 7 I'm not as much of a tough guy as I thought. If I live through this I'm never fucking with these things again.
