If we must. Rubicon is on for Mid June. It'll be open, and we will be on it.

I posted in the wheeling and fuckery thread. I'll start a thread when we get closer to it.

June 12-17 From Loon to Tahoma AND BACK to Loon.

There are at least 4 well built Jeeps, a well built Toyota Truck, and our Tacoma for sure. Possibly up to 2 other Jeeps and an (real) FJ (not Cruiser) as well.

As a group, we actually had discussions about some people wanting to start at Loon to Tahoma or the other way. We're cool with that 100%

We'll be coming off trail in to Tahoma to re-supply. So we would be able to escort people off the trail even if there are mechanical issues etc.

You've got time! I've got to mount and balance beadlocks, install all new steering stuff, and finish up my electrical shit and I'm set to party!

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

I wish that was my list:
    Replace intake air hose (cracked)
    Replace spark plugs
    Tighten valve covers
    Replace fuel filter
    Oil change with oil/air filter
    Delete brake proportioning valve
    Install rear hydro bumps
Replace steering with clevis heim and TC LBJ
    Fabricate rack slider
    Replace motor mounts
Fix front case shifter (keeps popping out of gear)
    Replace vehicle speed sensor (again)

And that is just to run my current axle. There is no way I'm going to be able to finish the new rear axle before the season kicks off.

Yep. I feel that. That's why I've kept my list short for right now. I don't want to the truck down while it's wheeling season.
