No. I’m saying to get a carbon fiber hood then wrap it in carbon vinyl so it doesn’t sun fade like tron said and still get the carbon fiber look

 

Vinyl is only good for a few years and then would have to strip and redo it. Ppf would be a better option for actually protecting things. I’m currently about 60hrs into rewrapping my truck. Probably 20hrs of removal.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Swap the pulley only but leave the tensioner assembly itself in place. Those engine tensioners on these trucks are designed to be so difficult to change out that you will question your own existence by the time you finish the job, if you ever do.

It’s only a 3 cylinder but makes 100hp/cylinder so I can deal with the vinyl.

I recall when ~100hp per litre was a benchmark. (Honda b18c 1.8L =170hp)

It's been a few years but someone had a thread on XRU about a dude making a small batch run of these TRD-style inspired tailgate spoilers. They're made of fiberglass type material and held on by 3m tape and the factory fasteners. I got mine from that batch run. I could have sworn another boosted bro has it too.

Na I got mine off a Hispanic guy from the xrunner Facebook page that goes to Mexico from his trucking gig and brings them back to Houston. I've been thinking of selling my current one and getting the aluminum one that viking(?) Sells. Not a big Facebooker but can look for details once I have completed my rounds for the day.

Hey all, I started a complete supercharger and idler belt swap today due to increasing cold start up belt noise and found that my idler pulleys are pretty free spinning but the supercharger pulleys have a lot of resistance. Can someone please take a look at this video and let me know if this seems like something that'll require replacement? Thanks much in advance!

The supercharger snout pulley will be less spinny because it's attached to a long shaft that's attached to a coupler that's attached to the rotors. The others, more concerned about wiggling them back and forth for play

Spinny is TOO a real word. It's describes the hidden talents of spinners.
