I'd take the money and get a BAMF bumper. 4k is quickly becoming the standard rate for single panel damages and blending in the adjacent panels

Green lane off-road make aluminum front bumpers. I’ve got the stump bumper that weighs only 45 pounds.

Still need the rest of the bumper painted and replaced. But I am a fan of slim lines.

Bodywork is expensive, paint work is expensive,. Is it lighting, or is the fender creased as well?

    Too much to list
Looks like a good time to take the check and replace the bumper with an aftermarket one.

It’s crazy that it’s that much, things are just so expensive these days, we used to have steel bumpers that even if they got bent you could replace them for a couple hundred, they were chrome or white, no expensive color matching

take it to a body shop, get it fixed thru the insurance . Theres more damage then you can tell, if 4700 is not enough to fix your bumper the body shop can request a supplement to cover the rest if they see more damage . I agree seems to be damage on the headlight only a reputable body shop can get aligned

terrible advise no offense, there could be more damage then what meets the eye. Only a professional can get it right , unless op has some previous auto body tech experience?

That’s our neighborhood. Short driveways. Many cars hangout over the curb. Mine was only out because I was using the gym in the garage.

Not surprised, nearly identical deer hit 3 years ago was $2500 to fix.

I think what cost more on mine was the headlight and the fender were damaged so the price would make sense.

Sounds right if the light's included. Parts + paint + labor, all in with warranty, I'd buy 5k. I wouldn't put the money into it, but I'd buy a body shop saying 5k.

Depends how much you care about it. It's gone, BUT you can push it back out and get a solid 6 or 7/10 with it. I bounce mine off of trees for fun - I'll settle for 5k in my pocket and a 5/10 repair job (assuming the light(s) are good to go, those I wouldn't skimp out on).
