ouch, I am trying to avoid surgery as much as possible many friends have gone that route and it has not been good to say the least!

 

Iam 37 now so 35 I had the surgery they went in and shaved a few of the disks so it wasn't hitting the nerve anymore. I am more than happy with my result. I do get a little stiff in the am but after a few min of moving around I am pretty good. It was about a year of living with it and back pain I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

 

I used an inversion table for a few months. Worked like a miracle.

Reminds me of the TRD XRunner concept truck they did WAY back.

 

Its going to make me sound like a total hippie, but us hairless apes are still meant to hang around. I found just dangling from pull up bars and inversion helps a bunch.

Yeah my weight gain was not being able to walk more than a 1/2 mile, that sucked!

Didn’t care for the seats when I first bought the truck, now that they are broken in, much better. No where near as comfortable as the 4Runner SR5 seats I have in my 1G.

Have one of those too. Try just about anything when you’re in severe pain. Except surgery. Grew up with my dad in a wheelchair, back surgery makes me nervous. Plus my aunt and sisters are nurses, they see some patients come out worse than when they went it. Though I know people that have little to no pain now. Crap shoot really.

Used to hate yellow vehicles, after seeing it on a Rivian it is growing on me. Maybe it reminds me of my earthmoving equipment days. Not sure I like it enough to own one though.

So they really are going to do the black roof. Great idea for those of us in hot climates.

 

Might be an option or only available on the Pro. If you look at the RAV4 and some other models, it is an option. Must be the new hawt trend (literally!) since Ford is doing it too.

Looks like they doing white on RAVs.
