You’re going to have to provide a lot more detail to get any help on that. Upload a video YouTube and post a link

With that description it can be almost anything. It will be helpful if you could isolate if it’s the front or rear of the truck. Driver or passenger side. Does it make noise. Does it change when you tap the brakes. Etc.

Where do you feel the vibration the most? Steering wheel? Butt? Feet?

Is it only at 60 mph?

Does it get better if you accelerate past 60 mph?

Any trace at 50 mph? Or 70 mph?

I’ve found shaking in the steering wheel above 60 mph or so is usually tire-related.

Yup. Second what Ozark_RegCab said. Especially if it's specific to a fairly narrow speed range. If you can accelerate past it, and the vibration reduces or goes away entirely, it's almost certainly an out of balance tire (or tires).

Steering, wheel, feet, seat, gear knob…. But im pretty sure whole truck is shaking. I need to put somebody elses wheels/tires on it to eliminate that as possibility. Things i have done to truck include new clutch, rear axle overhaul/rebuild, new center support bearing, timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, etc.

Issue started before or after CSB changed? Was it phase correctly?

It is entire truck. Anything over 60 mph and it shows its face. At about 80 it seems to improve…

It starts anything over 60. Then over 80 it seems to improve

You checked the u-joints and made sure they're good?

Sounds like it'd be well worth your while to get your tires balanced if you haven't yet. Sure it could be driveshaft/U-joints, but for ~$40 you should be able to rule out tire balance which still seems to be a pretty likely culprit

Seems like the e load bfgoodrich all terrains were always a rough ride and never kept a balance. Need to put other wheels and tires on it to rule it out

I also had a high speed vibration on my 04 after I bought it, felt it most through the steering wheel, turned out to be tire balance.

The lower ball joints are always good to inspect too in response to any high speed sway or vibration, for peace of mind.

If you can at home it’s 0$ to rotate your tires front to rear and if you notice any difference in the vibration characteristics that’s also a good sign it’s the tires.
