    Hello Friends,
    Here's the short of it ... I was diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic January 31st. I went introverted figuring out how to fix myself. Lost 50 lbs, on Metformin pills, numbers are good now, and with some tolerable diet changes, if I behave I'll be able to avoid any kind of injections. I doubt I'll catch up, but I appreciate your inquiries and concern. Thank you all.

    Snow gone ... trail to cabin is soupy ... probably 2-3 weeks before it firms up. Pollen seems high ... sinuses driving me crazy. We're into greenhouse fixin' and plant startin'.
    At work planes come, boxes come off, boxes go on, plane leaves ... rinse and repeat.
    Oh, and the skeeters are back with a vengeance. :)
