What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Are your steelies 16 or 17’s? They look slick.

 

I prefer barefoot or flip flops. The electric teal isn't for everyone, but I like it.

 

You would think so but my fuel economy hasn't changed, about 14mpg city, 15mpg highway. The tires and high clearance bumper both took 2mpg. The regear to 5.29s gave me back 1-2. We're only talking about an additional 140lbs for the larger tank.

 

Ordered her bed stiffiners. I don't want to be the guy on here posting cracked bed pics.

Those look very unobtrusive on the bottom. Bed mat would lay flat right over them.

 

Lol I thought I was the only one, flip flops are my go to driving wear

plus the teal is so nice and the design is great. I wish I knew about these wheels earlier.

 

I have the bed rug and cut around them anyway.

Installed Spidermax 1.25 spacers. So far so stoked how they came out. Put 75 miles on them and re-checked all the lugs again to make sure they stayed tight. Have a great day everyone.

Finally got around to installing the “oem” bed lights that have been sitting in my garage all winter. Wiring was a pain but working at a steady 3 beers per hour pace, cut out about 4 feet of extra wire and a couple pointless (imho) connectors they work and look decent.

They are the Meso V5 ultimate turn signals. They match the sequential of the headlights.

A video from the day I got wheels and tires. I also forgot after I ordered them that the wheels have 0 degree offset which gave me a slightly wider stance. It was something I considered changing with my stock wheels with some spacers but I'm glad this took care of it.

 

Total Chaos makes a great flat bottom one as well.

Smoked. I wanted the brighter light when on.

 

After driving around for a few days I've decided to leave my sway bar removed.
And I also finally got around to shimming my TSS so it is no longer telling me to clean sensor every time I hit a bump. My lift and aftermarket grill had the sensor pointing towards the sky, a couple metal washers has it pointing back to the ground and no errors after 80 miles of driving this morning.
