I'd be tempted. There was an article this week on Jalopnik saying that now is the time for Mitsubishi to bring a pickup to the US and I think they're right.
Also it's bullshit we don't get the regular cab Ranger. I'd likely sell my 1st gen for one.

Earlier this morning I busted out the TIG welder as well as stick.

Was welding 16 gauge to 1/8" at 70 amps, so yeah I can tell ya that 16 gauge will burn easily. Didn't burn through at all until I ran stick on it but that's only cause 1/8" rods are the smallest I've got.

Ideally 6013 in some 1/16th would've worked so much better.

You can see the undercut as 7018 1/8" runs super nice at 110 amps; I ran this at 75 amps just to keep from going too hot on this piece.

Hopefully they do! The current facelift is gross and tranformer-y but im hoping the reel it in on the next generation.

Oh damn, that is a sexy reg cab. I'd probably do the same lol

Stick is super easy, above is considered completely non-ideal in terms of rod size, base metal thickness, and current to run said rod.

6013 is for thin metals and runs like 6010 but freezes fast.

    This is true.
    Had a crusty frame anyway.
I'd have to fly again if I bought another.

Speaking of...Tesla was backed within an inch of my front bumper today just so they could try and park at the front of a street near an exit. They were sticking out into the turn but I guess they felt good about it. They already had a mangled bumper anyway.

84 years, that’s how long it’s been since Dan’s truck ran.
