Definitely a bed rack on the left hand one. And possibly a skewp on the right.

The Trailhunter is a longbed, the bedrack makes it look smaller, someone on the other thread used a measuring tool, this makes sense as the trailhunter is supposed to be overland ready and likely need the longbed to facilitate all the extras we saw on the Tundra version earlier. I hope we get to see other versions and not just the most expensive and gonna be impossible to allocate versions.

I haven't seen official words that the trailhunter is longbed only, have you? What people say on here and on the other threads are hearsay. Also I see plenty of people with shortbeds who overland on the trails.

No but based on the spy shots of the camo’d one rolling around and the assumption in order to fit all the overlanding factory stuff, not what people do here (the very evident bed rack) it most likely will be doesn’t mean it may only be that config, I swear some people refuse to exercise a bit of common sense and reasoning here. Guess we’ll see, it’s literally a foot, kinda hard to discern from that perspective but everyone is their own expert.

Probably going to be showing off the DCLB TH at the reveal since that is what they have showing in the teasers and the spy shots. Would be odd if it only came in that configuration, they only offer the current trail edition package in the DCSB…so stranger things have happened. Why they don’t offer that and the Pro in the ACLB is beyond me. Anyone that is super into off-road doesn’t necessarily need rear passenger seats…

If there had been an Access Cab TRD Pro with a manual transmission…..would have got it in a heartbeat.
But, the AC MT Off Road with a TRD lift and some better tires is pretty nice too. (And no scoop!)

That configuration would make too much sense in Toyota eyes but we all can dream

The great mysteries of the world of why manufacturers don’t offer certain options. Similar to why KTM never made a 690 Adventure bike. Plenty of kits out there to convert the enduro into one, would have sold like hotcakes if it came like that from the factory. Who knows *shrug*.

Like why don’t the off-road Tacomas come with an easy to clean interior materials? Needs drain plugs in the floor like the Bronco too. The FJ Cruiser was good in that department, just never applied to the Tacoma.

Just the other day, got back from a dirt bike ride, got caught in the rain. On my way out of the trail head, couple guys flagged me down who rolled their quad, asked me for a ride back to their trucks at another trail head. They were all covered with mud…thinking sure no problem! And then thought these cloth seats are effin’ dumb!

Well, actually, big companies don’t do all the things they could just to flex that they can, I see it way more likely that one person was told to come up with more teasers, then they were to find multiple various locations, get permits, setup shoots, transport vehicles to location, prep vehicles,…. +++, all to get a photo someone could p-shop. Even if they had to capture novel imagery like drone shots, that can be done in a parking lot, but chances are, Toyota has so many digital assets on this truck, they don’t need to drive to get a picture.

Looks good! Like the interior. Some weirdness sheet metal work on the rear bedside where the back bumper come together. Fender flares are bit much, sure it will grow on me.

Appears “S-Mode” on the auto is gone judging by the button on shift lever.

At least the grill isn’t massive.

No driver side grab handle, yet you get a console grab whatever like the Bronco. Ahhh…ok???

Well if anything I'll be getting the BEV version in the years to come. So my interest may be worth waking up to watch the reveal and post....maybe.
