Whered you order em from? and what model? i'm suspecting i might have a bad ball joint as well...

 

Rock auto More Information for MEVOTECH TXMS86568 (rockauto.com) .The wire boot clamp (also on $15 sealed doormans) and apparently larger ball size made the sale for me. The spindle side on teh moog boots are pretty loosey-gosey and probably didnt help with the early failure. The larger ball size should stay greased better as theres less pressure.

 

interesting, do you just have the OEM UCAs?
I'm running the SPC/ Mevotech made ones and the ball joint looks likee this:

Make sure you're using lithium-based grease e.g. Lucas Red-n-Tacky, Chevron Starplex EP2 , Castro Pyroplex #2, or Shell V220. Avoid Lucas Xtra (polyurea) and Amsoil (calcium) as they're incompatible with the existing grease in the joint.

 

IIRC red and tacky is whats in the grease gun right now/ it's getting whatever my front U-joints get lol.
