    So @Gen1TacoLady , remember the ex that we were discussing yesterday. So here's an update.

    I wakes up today and don't have to work till 9. Kool, I slept in a little. Just as I'm getting to work she sends me a text saying, Don't forget about me. And I'm of course thinking.... how do two people go without talking or communication of pretty much any kind edit: for a month and 1 person still might think that they are in a relationship ?

    Usually I will broil them with some sort of compound butter + lemon -
    This time I made garlic chive butter and stuffed it in the cavity/in the slits on both sides + lemon slices - oiled it up and put it on the grill

    They are also really good smoked with cream cheese and crackers

    Probably most similar to mackerel in oil/flavor but not greasy at all
    When you smoke em is when the most 'oil' seems to be present - makes the smoked fish taste really rich
