I dunno, but I bet Toyota is gonna have some wild Recall/Service Campaign/Warranty work orders for awhile lol.

I'm really pleased that Toyota didn't continue to the follow the giant gaping maw grill trend that has consumed automotive styling lately. I hope this is the first step in reversing that trend.

Really happy with proper buttons and knobs. The display isn't too obnoxious until you get to the higher trims and you still have a proper instrument cluster. Win-win.

I believe that the Trail Hunter will be the top trim with the top price...The Pro will be relegated to the poors now on Instagram.

I wonder how many miles those shocks will need to be changed at. Yikes.

Lmao, we can revisit once all the my 4th Gen went into limp mode and engine is needing replaced threads start popping up or the TRD PRO seat shocks are stuck, etc. threads, just cause its filled with all sorts of gee whiz gizmos doesnt mean its the "best ever built". We get it you've had a hard on for this truck for awhile now.

I think Toyota knocked it out of the park. But I’m glad I got my manual Pro. It’s too bad they will no longer offer a manual transmission on the Pro. My brother said he thinks he’s getting the Pro. That hybrid engine sounds like it will be great.

Wonder if it will have a hydraulic steering rack like the 3rd gens or an electric steering rack.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the return of the large storage cubby in the bed?

Lets say half chubbie, lol, I legit said it looks cool and like it overall. I am and have been vocal about my concern with quailty and reliability given the Tundra roll out as well as the more than likely ridiculous price. I'm more of a purist, simple designs and just works, reason why so many of us are drawn and have owned all the gens of this truck, this is a departure from that, but such is what the market and segment seems to want.

Maybe, I need to let it grow on me, not a fan of the tailgate and all the crazy angles, I do love the look of the pro, im sure eventually ill be in one or a Raptor once kids show up as it looks like the rear cab seating is similar to now based on pics.

I think they are the same black bolts other Toyota lug bolts vehicle use

below is the wheel of a Toyota Crown with lug bolts
    Screenshot 2023-05-18 at 9.33.34 PM.jpg

and this is 2024 Limited Tacoma wheel

    Screenshot 2023-05-18 at 9.31.18 PM.jpg

if indeed 4th gen Tacoma uses lug bolts, that'd be awesome, no more extended studs conversion
