Just saw a video with the truck guys. They say the roof line is raised and it's bigger overall inside.

Depends on how tall the last driver was. Definitely less space than my truck usually has but I’m short so the seat isnt very far back. The space behind the console looks pretty tight. I was definitely hoping for much more room than that. My biggest complaint is when the kids sit back there there is very little room to put anything on the floor in front of their legs.

I like it. I saw the TFL and Redline Reviews from Hawaii on Youtube. These were all pre-production models. Love the Trailhunter and that the PreRunner is back!

It would look better with the front lower air dam removed. That belongs on the limited and sports.

Disappointed there aren't rear vents for air. I told my boy the next vehicle would have them...

    Wow, awesome. lots to unpack!

    1. Competition is awesome. Toyota finally upped the ante in the Midsize truck market.

    2. The truck and off road market is insatiable!

    3. Choice! Toyota really improved here.

    4. Finally, trim levels that make sense.

Finally a locking gas door on most trim levels? 33” tires from the factory.

I guess the reveal was today. Not tomorrow?

The Pro and TH are awesome but a little too much for most Tacoma fans IMO. I am not sure about those bulky fender flares, just too much... expecting to see the off road with damper removed.

Things I see that I like:
Love the look of the TRD Pro. They did a nice job with that.
    Trail Hunter is cool too!
Lots of neat suspension components on both Pro and TH
    Love the power tailgate!

    Things I don"t like
You guys think the air dam on the gen 3s is ugly. Ha! The front air dam on the new sport and limited is atrocious :puke:
    Sliding rear window looks stupid
The "TOYOTA" and TACOMA logos on the dash are a bit overwhelming
Not crazy about the wheels on TH
Is that handle on the passenger side of the console the e brake or just a grab handle?

Overall, I'm still not at all disappointed that I bought my 2023, but I'm a lot more impressed with what I've seen so far of the 2024 than I thought I would be. Let's see how the Turbo 4 cyl works out in the next couple of years :fingerscrossed:

    Axle-dump exhaust on the TH.

The fuel door has an electric popper.

This pic in the teaser week ago had the rear panhard bar and hi-lift jacking point blotched out. Now it's all clear.

Agreed. I'm guessing it's not that hard to remove. But based on what little I've seen so far, I'm guessing they are further distancing the TRDOR from the TRD Pro and Trailhunter.

Relieved to see that the amateur reviewers & influencers who got free trips to Hawaii seem to love it….

Looks like a sales winner, and pretty much all that we already knew it would be, but let’s see how much all that new stuff costs. Ejector seats can’t be cheap.

Spring-under-axle (SUA) on the lower trim models as predicted:
