Giant plastic bumper still. Get rid of that. Hybrid AND NiMH battery?? Lol did they recycle all my DeWalt tools from 2005? No thanks. Like the turbo 4cyl and more power. Like 33s stock. Still missing the front locker. Really looking forward to the explanation of why rear discs are now better. Like the auto tailgate. Like onboard air. Like the linked rear. Don't like the TV dash. Interested to see MSRP.

That’s how I read the data. No MT on the Pro / Trailhunter. I’m waiting to see what the OR looks like.

I’m still years out from any sort of upgrade but the MT is a must-have.

Apparently the roof rack on the trail Hunter is optional and the rack in the bed is standard and can be made into a full length bed rack.

Toyota, I will NEVER pay fees for connected services. Ford, you too. That needs to stop.

Cooled seats are so good. They did say it was an ARB partnership, so probably. Hope they are long enough for bigger springs.

The detuned engine on the manual makes me think the trans or clutch care barely handle the torque.

Don't think so, but it sure would be cool to have a manual hybrid

You think they just slapped the current set up on the new engine? That would kinda suck lol

Sorry, but with all the improvements, I'm disappointed the towing went down in the top drivetrain.

Giant power and torque increase for the cheapest Tacoma and a turbo. The cheaper work trucks will be looking better than ever.

Yes, what the efff?! Let's make the TRD OR scrape on the ground - WTH are they doing? Gotta make the Pro and TH that much more special, so you make a ridiculous OR bumper?

What I want to see are the SR, SR5, and Off-Road but none of those seem to have been present at the press release.

I want to know if the payload increased? Stronger axles, etc? Did it become more of a truck or more of a Camry with an updated infotainment system??

Nothing mentioned with the stuff that actually matters when buying a truck…

Pic of OR in video. Disappointing bumper to put it mildly. Just like Sport in the video - w/ low bumper (WTH are they doing?) vs Pro and TH, and black fender flares (not body paint like on Sport), and of course no glorious fake scoop (I'm not being sarcastic - I've always dug the fake scoop. Deal.). I do wonder if the tires will also be 265/70/18?

And sensor not in grille anymore (little black square between foglights). Change grille to your hearts desire (the obviously much better looking pro grille) w/ out TSS issues.

Wondering if that air dam looking type thing is removable - nothing like that on 3rd Gen OR....

Pro has factory like "Viper" cut... for user to add bigger tires as TRD Jon quoted Toyota on that. Wonder how much bigger you can go w/ out trimming? Already stock is 2" bigger than 3rd Gen tires. That's pretty significant.

I would love a Government Contract edition.

    - 2.4 Gas high output
    - rear locker, skid plates, no front valence, 33s
    - auto or manual

    The only tech would be
    - Toyota safety sense
    - small screen that has car play, like 3rd gen size
    - AC

Offer it in white with steelies
    That’s it. Our own Hilux.
