Yeah I think you're right. I have to stop getting excited about the TRD Pro images I see.
Especially since the current TRD Pro was way more than I was willing to spend on a truck.

 

Gosh, I can’t wait to test drive one of these! it looks to have some power at altitude! This might become my new daily and relegate my third gen to trail beater status.

 

Just imagine the extra 3-4" of leg room they'd have without those shocks.

I'm also wondering why they thought we needed 3 sharkfins.

 

It's a big fail they aren't offering the Xtracab in other trims besides prerunner.

I would've been really hard pressed not to want one if they offered a blue interior pro or trailhunter in an extracab flavor.

 

Maybe one for FM, one for Sirius, one for tracking purposes.

Oh yes, that's awesome it's more than the 2nd gen tundras which makes I think 410 I don't remember from the top of my head. That's amazing specially considering it's a 4 cylinder
We rlly went from 6 cylinder with the power of a 4 cylinder but takes gas like a v8 too an actual 4 cylinder producing the power of an 8 cylinder

I have to hand it to Toyota, they did a great job of offering everything I wanted in the 4th Gen - I will just need to combine 3-4 different models to get it in one package!

great vehicle.

 

I might consider one... a late 2025 model. After all the bugs are worked out. It is a good looking vehicle.

My late model 2017 has been perfect. No Recalls, no repairs outside regular maintenance or my own mods. But then again, maybe the new 17" front brakes will bolt up to the 2nd and 3rd gen and I will just keep mine.
