    For $70K, it better be a 1 Ton with a diesel…

I wish the pro came in an Access cab or extended with 6 foot bed. Leaning more trail hunter at this point

In true Toyota form, they spec their trim levels horribly. At least they are consistent with that. *rolleyes*

If MPGs and pricing aren't terrible, that DCSB SR5 will be mine!

The EE video on Lexus steer by wire to support a yoke was interesting. I assume everything is heading that way now that ECT is nearly universal.

I don’t know if it’s a good or bad change for right now but I found it important enough to mention.

I remember picking up my pro a year ago. They don’t know I bought it and people were saying 50k for a Tacoma people are out of there mind. I remember dropping 67k on an x5 bmw in 2017 and thinking I was nuts. Now a Tacoma is the same price but the basic new car is around 50k just for a base car which is insane especially where rates are. At least the bmw had .9 for 72 on it which made it liveable.

So happy I got a 2023 long bed offroad cause I’m not paying the crazy amount to get a trail hunter just to achieve that and still offroad

I just hope I can trade in my 2022 TRD Offroad and get decent money for it (8,000 miles). Hopefully there are still folks who clamor over them instead of the new one.

Just saw on TFL's video that the Trailhunter will not have a sunroof, unlike the preproduction model shows.

It is still just the small square, it might actually be a smaller window than the current generation. I'm sure they'll release the special edition color when they announce the rest of their 2024 TRD PRO vehicles.

It will. The 2nd gen tundras held value and more than new in some trims and condition.

Yeah truck prices are now old luxury car prices. Crazy!

If I am dropping $70K on a truck, that fucker better be able to haul and tow real gawd damn well. Believe Pros and Trail Hunters are kinda pointless and money wasted for off-roading, much better off buying a tow pig for bikes, SXS, and/or quads. Anyone of those 3 will lay even the most factory optioned truck to waste in the dirt. But that is my humble view.

Yep, that's where I'm at. I like it more than my P4X I just bought, but with the Toyota Tax it'll be 10 years before a TRDOR drops down to what I just paid.

The website doesn't mention 6ft bed options for those, but a few of the video reviews I just watched mentioned a 6ft bed on at least the Limited trim, so maybe it'll be available on some of the other ones as well. I hope it's available on the Offroad so that you could have a sort of less optioned out Trailhunter.
