Susan: Test went a lot better than expected. My next appointment is 1 year out instead of 6 months.

Good morning: Last night we traveled to Baltimore to see Koe Wetzel. He was pretty good but for a much younger crowd. I might have been the oldest person in attendance. Once he came on stage everyone was up for the duration of his performance. Opening for him was an act named Pillbox Patti 9, she and her group need a lot of work to polish the act. The second act was The Cadillac Three, they were good, and the audience definitely knew the act. Lots of persons in the audience were up and singing along with them. We did not get home till almost midnight.

Today is hit the gym and maybe a few back yard projects. Going to try something different on the smoker tonight, Burnt Salmon Bites. We will see how they come out. Getting ready for the weekend.

Good morning all. Feeling a little rough this morning from not getting my normal amount of sleep but it was worth it. Ashley McBryde show last night at American Music Theater was great. Opening act was a young lady named Harper McNeill who I was not familiar with prior to the show. Remember her name because I fully expect to hear it more in the future. One particularly memorable number was called "The Bottom Line" and it was about a close friend of hers losing a husband to mental health struggles and eventual suicide. Very emotional tune that kept you hanging on the lyrics.

I won't keep you in suspense. It's supposed to look like the first picture but is currently in pieces spread around the garage.

I try to go to music once a month if not more. Thanks for the reviews I’ll keep my eye out.

Growing up in SF there was a lot of music around. I still go to the Fillmore occasionally, great room to see live music.

I like supporting local and new bands. Keeps me young at heart.

The Fillmore and Avalon bring back memories for me from the 60’s. Saw such groups as Grace Slick and the Jefferson Airplane, Big Brother and Janice Joplin, Santana and many more. Haven’t been there since probably the early 70’s. Cool memories. Almost forgot , The Grateful Dead.

    Hi Buck
Same stuff. I was going to change Stitch's oil and changeover tires today, but weather has turned cloudy and windy threatening rain ... killed my vibe. Procrastination wins...weather looks better tomorrow morning. I did get the tires out of shed and into the garage.
Went thru my closet and drawers clearing out a bunch of clothes I won't need, dropped them in the donation bin and made a short grocery run. So I haven't been a total bum.
Changing my sleep schedule on days off gets tougher the older I get it seems.

    Hope you are well. :fistbump:

My sleep rolls with the seasons. Winter I just wanna hibernate. Now that summer is here I've been waking up well before sun up. I don't see how you can go from one shift to another. I had a hard time doing that before I retired the first time. No way I'm doing that now.

I worked graveyard shift at Boeing for a while. My favorite shift. So much better than swing shift.
