Hey from Pennsylvania. This truck hit a couple of "firsts" for me. First Toyota, first Tacoma, first new vehicle (10 miles on it when I bought it).

No sh*t there I was...I had a 2015 Silverado 5.3L, with the cylinder deactivation on it, as a work truck for my business. Started giving me issues a few months ago but was able to smooth out a misfire on cylinder 6. When it started throwing a fit this past week I got fed up and decided to trade it in. I have finally made it to a point in my life where a new vehicle was a possibility so I headed to a few dealerships.

Long story short, I ended up at my local Toyota dealer who was able to work out the best deal for a vehicle I could use for work (I'm a farrier). Cleaned out the Chevy and piled my stuff into a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in Ice Cap white.

I've never had a new vehicle before so I want to do right by it and maintain it properly while doing some mild modifications as warranties start to expire.

    Welcome!

The opposite color to mine...what a contrast!

I'm sure yours will be easier to keep clean than my dust collecting color.

I just celebrated 2 years of ownership from new.

Wishing you the best in ownership & happiness.

TW is a wonderful place to check for TSB on your truck as they come. Some dealers are not so helpful. Welcome here.
