Hey guys, I’m looking to see if anyone knows of any companies that make long tube headers for the 2nd Gen tacomas, been looking for a bit and I can’t seem to find anything.

I was looking at headers in general for a while and it looks like most or all of the companies that used to list them no longer due. I heard something about them being dropped due to threats of action regarding emissions compliance and so forth - the old "this product is for offroad use only" isn't cutting it anymore I guess. Same thing with cat simulators from a couple of the places that used to sell them.

May have to get some shorties and have them extended locally.

Doug Thorley is the only option I'm aware of at this time but the long tubes are out of stock on their website But it looks like Summit Racing has some. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dte-515-ls-c/make/toyota/model/tacoma

URD no longer sells their equal length long tubes.

Wonder just not worth it now due to age. I’ve been thinking their kit for a bit. Just being cheap. Also see anyone experience with smog.

My understanding is there were concerns related to the "off-road only" use label and the EPA. I bought one of their last sets. Depending on where you live smog could be an issue.

I have to worry but I have options. Saw a mid pipe for sale I was thinking about jumping on it. I do not see anything but mid pipe backs now. Hmm

Couldn’t be looking very hard. There is one answer in this thread. It’s only a page and a quick google search shows a few.

Opps, I copied op’s quote wrong and looks like I’m asking this question.
Deff not my question “ I use Google, lol”
I attempted to answer the op’s question that lce sells lt headers.
