Good Afternoon.Joy and I been working outside all day. planted the whole garden and cut a huge limb that fell in the yard. big enough ill have to split it with the maul. I wear these bibs everytime i use chainsaw to remind me what happens when you get careless and start swinging it around. look at the right knee. lol

 

I wear a hard hat, had it kickback on me once, the break worked but it still hit me in the head.

I dont do alot of cutting but in the day my dad and them cut tons of wood. only heat at the home place. the little flat on the chain in front of the tooth is there to help with kick back. dad was famous for filling them down to cut better.but yes cutting over your head its wise to wear a hard hat

 

Afternoon everyone, turned out to be a nice day, a little chilly. Deck posts and railings all set, now the balusters, we are getting there.
