Nice!! Smart work too on the reflectors. I am going to add that to the list for mine also. Getting to the point where I need some inexpensive mods! Haha.

check the workshop welding thread, but i'm pretty sure that's not a MIG issue, so getting a TIG is going to result in the same 'problems'.

re-check the 'cracked bed' threads. it's not the composite bed that flexes or cracks. it's always the rear metal frame support for the tailgate that cracks. usually from extreme flexing from an overhead load. so your cost approximation has a point, but it's possibly on the low end of the correct fix.

i'm one of the guys that bought the bed stiffeners specifically for the tiedown options. i couldn't care less about the stiffener functionality, but they're 100% worth the cost for the tiedown points right at the back edge of the bed. for anything that extends past the rear of the truck, it's perfect.

Yup, great for extra tie down, i fabbed my own stiffners and added extra points, able to mount a flag if needed at an off road park or somethin. My next thing is to weld on a hinge to it, to have a mini swing out driver side that fits snug up against the inside then out past the bed, some type of sink to was hands, i always takile a water jug with a spout and dont really have a dedicated spot for it.

They’re OEM Predator steps. Work great. (Stupid expensive from Toyota) Went with sliders. Have a mint set if you’re interested. ;)

Was a nice day to give the Taco a bath. Also added the Meso stealth knob and extra cleats/tiedowns in the middle of the Diamondback cover.

I buy the bucket of FF which is a type of semi thick grease. I scrub the frame with some degreaser and wait for it to dry before I apply FF using dish washing sponges. The smell is a combination of petroleum jelly and uranium.
