Welcome Buddy, Any good Breweries up your way?

 

yeah actually! and I love hearing someone ask that. My wife and I love finding new breweries.

Right in north Adams at mass moca is Bright Ideas which is my main haunt if im looking for a decent brew. In Pittsfield there is a new place called Hot Plate Brewing right downtown which for a fledgling brewery really isnt bad at all. Also in Pittsfield is Wandering Star which isnt bad at all either.

how about out by you? youre down by Springfield so you have white lion right there but any smaller places?

if youre looking for ideas for places in the northeast check out my secondary instagram page @brewery.bum its nothing fancy but when I really got into going places for beer i started up a second page solely for that.

Down here in my neck of the woods there are several breweries, in Westfield, Mass close tome is Skyline Brewery, good beers and great food, https://skylinebeerco.com/ there is Also my Favorite brewery which is Great Awakening Brewery, a large selection of beers and great food as well, https://greatawakeningbrewing.com/


There's also Vanished Valley which serves awesome beers and awesome food choices too and my favorite beer there is a Dark beer aged in a bourbon barrel,. you have a few of those and your wife will be driving home. https://vanishedvalley.com/

and Last I would recommend is Fort Hill Brewery, this would be a great place for a Meet and Greet as the parking lot is a good size, as long as we all got there early enough. http://www.forthillbrewery.com/

 

out of those ive only been to fort hill and i agree. their lot is quite large and have a nice out door area. Ive heard of vanished valley but havent made it there yet.

I will absolutely back up VV. That is one of our main haunts.

Will need to scope Great Awakening, and Skyline.

 

Well maybe we set up a Meet and Greet at Vanished Valley everyone from New England. Let’s get together some Saturday. Maybe someone or I can contact vanishes valley about allowing a gathering at the brewery. They do have Seltzer’s there in case no one drinks beer.

Got that much needed rain yesterday and last night!

 

That should be do-able there. They have tons of parking, and do functions a bit. I think last weekend, they were doing a comedy show outside, so, that could be an option....

 

So what I’m hearing is a brewery meet.

There’s always the new treehouse in Deerfield too if you guys haven’t been yet.

 

I’m always down for that.
Been up there, they have Pizza, which was okay.
I prefer good food with good beer...

 

Yeah I’m game for whatever! When I actually get my truck back we’ll have to try to get something together

 

Skyline in Westfield , has good beer, they have burgers and great flatbread pizza's
