Doesn’t really matter what LED bulb they are using if they are going in those linked halogen projectors…

I’ve never heard of a “halogen projector”… if you’re talking about the refractor lenses, sure but there are clearly projectors for the low beams.

More or less the last month.
Threw a 10 year old 36" baja designs light bar in the grille, plated the front crossmember/steering bungs/diff bungs, replaced bent steering rack bolts, new Allpro gas tank skid, and another new rear dline

Pages and pages and pages of google search…. Not one him on a halogen projector compared to a LED or HID projector.

You can continue to twist your mustache or you can provide some knowledge and help….

Thanks. That was not in the lighting forum, where I foolishly assumed it would be.

nor did it show up on google.

only “issue” I have, he only tested the “side firing” LED bulbs but that’s not really his fault. The Alpharex bulbs are new tech from what I can see. https://caliraisedled.com/products/...EZ2b9il-Nnd0cp8oeXGuM5fVXXI6eUnxoC6j4QAvD_BwE

    Brand new.
How about installing two large o-rings to take up the gap one on each side or perhaps two on each side.

Last time I purchased plastidip it wasn't $5.

Last summer the price range in my area was $9-$11. Almost double what it used to be... Just plain ol black.

I'm always interested in your posts, you really push the envelope!

Are your rear leafs after market? They look very thin, and I'm thinking on your truck you would be requiring max performance. Do these leafs give you any lift above factory OEM? Thx.

Thanks for the suggestion. I would say all of the slack needs to be taken up from passenger side because the Gap is mainly on the driver side between the tailgate and the bed wall. I'm happy to try anything; rubber O- Rings, washers whatever, but I'm thinking an O-ring would get compressed too quickly, and the other issue I have is just getting this tailgate off I'm thinking I'm going to have to open the tailgate and start unclipping wire connections I'm just not into that right now but I'm starting to see it as a necessity if I want to get this handled. I'm hoping someone's going to chime in eventually with experience in solving this:)

    They sure do!

I'm in Edmonton and I got a grill, turn siggys, and a couple other small things. I did get surprised with a duty charge though. I think it was about 10% ish?

A couple quick ones this weekend …
    (1) AC drain mod
    (2) Blind spot mirrors; those 2” round ones that stick on. Only I adjust the actual mirrors for blind spots and stuck these on the inside bottom of the mirrors to see the side of my truck and back tires. Works great.

    Next up … MillerCat shield

Yup! They are Chevy 63" leafs. They work pretty well (get ~13" of vertical travel, and max out my 16" shocks during flex) but I'm actually 3 linking the rear of the truck here soon.
