    Buddy is just about moved out. I have a few new furnishings on order so I'll take some pics once those are in and built. Then begins...decorating. I have a friend who says she wants to help which is awesome because otherwise I'd have a couple Dr Pepper and street signs with one chair facing a tv. Lawn is looking nice and I'm soon to begin some planting of new shrubberries!

    I voted and have an opinion, cause I had to share a bathroom with the guys last year some at work and it was unspeakably filthy, so for the sake of ladies, it's best to have the seat as inaccessible as possible for such atrocities.
