The truck’s handling characteristics are significantly improved in all aspects on the road, haven’t gone off road yet though. The rear end finally feels planted to the road in corners and other turning motions, reducing the body roll I was experiencing. I have my front sway bar removed, and while the body roll is controlled by aftermarket coilovers pretty well, the rear end was still fishtailing and just all over the place, causing body roll. These hangers and shackles fixed that and then some. I can’t wait to take these off road lol.

Interesting. What does it do to lift height? Still use the normal Tacoma leafs? Etc.

Oops. I take that back. Had a white 1991 BMW K100RS 4V (four valve). Thing was a beast, cruised 80 MPH+ all day.

The BAMF hangers have not changed my ride height in the rear. I don’t have the stock leaf pack, been running the Icon RXT leaf pack on stage 2, and there were no obvious changes with ride height.

I believe the hanger and shackle upgrades (BAMF and Archive Garage’s come to mind first) will work with stock leaf packs, maybe someone else can chime in though. Archive Garage mentions theirs works with all leaf packs: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/hammer-hangers-by-archive-garage-2005-2023-tacoma.519625/. I’ve read the BAMF hangers might need some modification with certain leaf packs like the OME Dakars. I got the BAMF hangers for a great deal from a forum member, and I knew they’d work with my current setup so it was an easy choice for me.

Anyone know what bed stiffeners these are? Says TRD, however I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Looks like either a full custom job.. or a different version of Victory's stiffeners... again either custom, or now no longer available:

That's a great idea, I can't believe I never thought of it. Easy enough to do with a piece of angle stock.

Yeah... I would not do that again with that much weight.

Double-check that those stands are not recalled. You can press down and see if the lever has any play. It should not.

Tires were completely shot, Battery was dead (but we got one and she started right up), and there's a couple holes on the underside that'll get patched up soon (rip) so in the mean time it cant pass inspection. Other than that, it has a freshly rebuilt engine and a lot of maintenance out of the way

Deal was insane since it was a friend of a friend selling it for a security deposit on a new place.
