    Congrats Craig!

With all the sand in my yard and at the wife’s shop I go through 2-3 sets of blades a year. I’ve got the tool to resharpen them but the sand wears the kick up off the blades. It’s hell on my spindles and deck too :frusty:

It is a MoJack brand, I don't remember the weight rating right off, I've had it for years.
They have several models now. https://www.themojack.com/

It is quite a handy piece of gear to have around and as it is all mechanical there really isn't much to break. Maintenance is just spraying the lift screw with some moly lube occasionally.

I saw this in a parking lot on the way home.

Welcome to the rust belt! Cars that get to around 10 years old typically get replaced due to corrosion and rust.

I installed new water heater yesterday and it was a damn disaster:anonymous:
Over 10 joints but it only takes one leak:mad:
Now everything will have to be redone so I'm off to the store for fittings and pipe. Meanwhile...sent text to local plumber to ask to bail me out. There's a new system with copper crimp tool that I would trust to use but the tool cost 8k. We have one at work but not sure if borrowing is a option.

Bummer on the leak. Aren’t you using pex? You can’t just cut out the leaking joint and redo?

Good morning shop crew. I’ve got a few tree branches that hang down just enough to try and knock me off the mower so it’s chainsaw day today

No, I was using old school copper fittings.
Out of 14 successful joints, one leaked...all it takes.
At this point I'm ready to write the plumber a check. Hopefully they can get me into their schedule today but they don't open until 8...49 minutes from now.
