What kind of hiccups did you run into? Were they bumper or swing-out related? It looks really good on your truck and it's on my short-list when I go to purchase one myself.

Getting the original bumper and hitch off was more of a pain than anything— Thanks!! It was my own fault on the hiccup. I got carried away, and pressed the seals in too much at the hinge part of carrier. (It was late in the day, and I failed to read directions.) Haha! Otherwise it was really good. Everything lined up perfectly.

So far so good. Amazon special. My first experience sound deadening so there’s that.

Picked up another ARB compressor to fill tires. My old firestone in a bag kicked the bucket on the last trail. Got some Bday money well spent even on the over-kill. The new has compressor has the ability to run both lockers and tire fill, but already had the older small doing its job. Even made a kit to run hose bibs in the front and rear for duel tire fill:cool:

Keeps me from having to fish out the socket if it decides it doesn't want to pop off the plug easily.

Gaps look around 30k miles overdue. Never understood why so many Toyotas have 3 NGK and 3 DENSO plugs from the factory. Seen that a lot. Like the right side of the engine line doesn't know what the left side of the engine line is doing.

I'm at 80k so about 20k over due. They have been in my garage for about a year now. Between house projects and 2 young kids they got forgotten about.

I need to do this. I‘ve just been procrastinating. Do you guys have to set the gap with the Denso spark plugs?

Never trust the gap. If the box is dropped in transit, or in the store, it will change the gap. Always set them yourself. I have 86.3k on my stock 2008 plugs. Still runs good with plenty of power. Trying to wait until 90k to do coolant, rad cap and overflow tank flush, differential, serpentine, plugs, clean maf and tb, and a pcv. Might even replace the hoses. Not sure when I will do ps flush and transmission drain and fill. Need to check toyota.com history. Think coolant was done once. Did all this to my 2012 at around 146k before sold to my son. Now with 180k that one is still running like new.

I like that color. Looks similar to the LED bulbs I had in my 2016 Sport.

Aye, I'm hoping to get a bit of contrast goin. The old bulbs were so damn yellow they just about blended w the fogs. Stuff like this never seems like a worthy upgrade til you side by side em
