I might be able to walk you through the frequency settings on the baofang. It will at least get you on the same frequency as the midland275 we have mounted. I locate my notes and post em if you wanna give it a try.

 

You should be fine, especially with some lighting. The camp area is off the side of the rd. You'll have a slight turn down towards the area. Josh has been down to the spot. You'll see the spot at the top of a turn just before you get into the tree area.

Oh forgot until he just called me but Steven is going to come too. He said he has one job up here to get done then will bolt back to Prescott and grab the truck and high tail it over. Should be in Globe by around 3 ish he thinks.

Random question of the day... Anyone got a 2/3 bed house they have coming available in the next 3-4 months. Preferably west side of PHX but open to other areas including the corridor all the way up to and including Flag.

My brother did. He just listed a week ago for sale instead of renting it again. Already has 3 offers and 20 scheduled visits. You just looking at renting again?

 

Looking at buying but for some stuuupid reason the market is still going up. I'm not sure I can bring myself to buy a house that's twice what it's really worth...

 

I know, and it stinks like rubber in the truck when driving so it needs to break in soon.

Ya I actually just got word the trans is fixed so were gonna head out for another couple nights this week.

Its the busy season for real estate in the valley right now. Itll taper off once it gets hot.

 

Yeah no kidding! Thats why my brother is finally selling so he can stop renting in Oregon and buy up there.

 

A few months back the prices leveled out and now they're climbing again. Hopefully this is people panic buying and then stuff will crash. I just don't get it with PHX in particular there's so much building going on yet prices still go up.

 

I was mountain biking in snow 6 weeks ago back in Bend, this definitely feels hot. My dog is like...wtf. We did buy him a cooling jacket for walks but he's still like ers

 

So much building going on! I am in construction sales up here in the mountains. I cant believe we havent ran out of space yet to stop building!
