Alot of $$$ for a small truck, then add dealer ADMs and high loan rates. Im already seeing dealers mark down mrsp pricing. The NX engine looks a mess under the hood for a vehicle that may see offroad use.

So now we've all had time to mull over the deatils, what has Toyota NOT included in this new Gen that were complaints of prior generations.

The new Colorado has an Auto setting...not sure if that is what you are referring to.

Just need to find 1 Toyota dealership to adopt the method that Granger Ford has done. Their sales are ridiculous because their pricing. 3% below invoice, small doc fee, no mandatory adds. If a Toyota dealer even did $1,000 over invoice they'd kill it. The way Toyota does inventory probably prevents it.

Yes, had to take another look when they panned across the (rear?)swaybar mount.
It looked un-Tacoma-like thin and I could imagine seeing the rust starting and a rock bashing that crooked.
Better stock up on Woolwax now.

Correct, reason why I think some people are in for a surprise when pricing is announced

Remember these are pre production units. Even the exhaust was dumping before the rear axle on the Trailhunter. I'm thinking whatever the current Tundra frame thickness/finish is the Tacoma will be the same.

Definitely gimmicky. I wonder how much the seat moves and in what directions? No one driving a Pro offroad will be mobbing hard enough to do damage but in offroad racing they run fixed seats with fixed harnesses. A seat that has suspension combined with a seat belt that doesn't move with it is bad news for spinal compression.

A lot of time between now and the fall/spring 2024. Not a promising economy right now. Prices would be difficult to gauge and who knows where interest rates will be.

I more meant the four-cylinder is fine for people that just use their truck for driving around town and every day use. For those of use that tow or haul heavy payloads or do 4 wheeling or offroading where the horsepower and torque is greatly needed without stressing the motor.

Rates and crazy Tundra prices aren’t keeping those on lots or slowing down buyers. There will be enough people with more money or willing to take on debt than sense to have the new new.

Driver-side grab handle comes to mind. Otherwise they’ve addressed quite a lot of fussy (and some real) concerns expressed here regarding the 3rd Gen.

Think the TH will be available without the snorkle, roof rack, bed cage that they keep showing? I was all in for the pro but like the looks of the long bed on the TH and not a fan of the red in your face seats in the pro. The long bed has a nicer looking body line (middle of door height) that continues from cab to bed where as the short bed the lines don't flow. It just gets cut off at the back end of the cab. Also diggin the grey seats with orange stitching. More subtle. Also liking the limited functionality (AWD, powered steps, long bed) but just way too much bling for me.

Good question....I guess once the configurator is up we'll see what is standard and optional.
