    I just finished getting the electric fence completed around the veggie garden plot on Monday this week.

    My wife is a bee keeper, this is the pad where her hives will go later this week. 12" pavers. Took a few attempts at this, as I have no previous experience, so it isn't as nice and clean as it could be, but it is level, and we did it ourselves :) The hives will be sitting on the cinder blocks you see in the pics. They will be arranged differently, of course.

    And the chicken coop. We bought the coop at Tractor Supply, chicks, too. They are finally big enough to come out of their temporary pen in the garage to enjoy their new coop outside. Had some extra chicken sire, so I made a temp fence around the coop so they can have a little larger area to explore. Lots of people around us let their chickens free range wherever they want to go, but my wife is a little concerned about predators. We had a fox come poking around one night already this week, as caught by the game cameras we have on the tree right next to the coop.
