Hey, your third photo with the valley below.

That reminds me of the view looking east into the valley below at Little Fort. When heading SE down from the Thuya lakes area. I fished that area a few years ago, there are 26 hike in lakes at Thuya lakes. I was the only person in that area on that trip and I hiked into 3 lakes over 3 days. A beautiful spot. The view here I mentioned that looks similar to your spot.

 

No, not in that area. I have worked in that area though.

All I caught was some peace and quiet.

 

I went up to the Mogollon Rim. Noted a few spots for next time, ha. And I got to test out my table that I built, winner winner!

 

Attended TLCA Cruise Moab. Did Fins and Things, Jax Trax, Hells Revenge and Elephant Hill. My pops didn’t want to ride passenger on Escalator so he got this sweet shot:

 

Calico mountain near Barstow CA. Tons of awesome trails from hard to moderate and easy. We did double arch, kramer arch and a few rocky sections.

It was my first dirt Road experience between Boise and Idaho city (Odometer @ 5000 miles)! I went for a hike then went fishing before having to pickup the first child. What a great day.

Me and my girl popped the tacos cherry today. Our first intentions were to trail Lytle Creek but it was closed and after we hit cleghorn trail. It our first time ever going off-road and it was fun. Air downed to 20 psi and everything worked out fine.

 

This crossing was craaaaazy. From today’s rolling thunder storm in the Lockwood area. You can’t tell, but that water runoff was moving at a strong pace.

Just a couple photos from the last month.
Moab, hit a handful of trails, drove up, down, and backed up Hells Gate which was fun.
Hit a handful of hard trails in Montrose, Colorado
And came home and have been doing local wheeling every weekend here in Washington

 

On a road trip to visit grandma up in Idaho. Took the wife and the pup on an easy lil trail called Squaw Butte.

 

Super cool drive from Kennedy Meadows down to Weldon. The gate was still locked. When is the TW Bass Tournament!!??!! Then a quickie through Jawbone. Good stuff.

 

Some Fins and Things action over the weekend. One last hurrah for the truck. It'll be sold in a week or two.

And I've caught the electric bug. I made the mistake of test driving a Tesla and now I gotta have one. It'll be here in a week.

Some day I'll come back to the truck game when there's a midsize EV truck for around 60k. The rivian is too damn high
