    I've seen a few builds of people doing a bit of DIY with this tent for a RTT. Then the family could maybe just be in a multi-person one on the ground in the event that you do leave. It would still be more cost-efficient than either a traditional RTT or a camper FWIW.

    Yeah that's not a bad solution for sure. Takes care of the "off the ground" allure for rain and such. Thanks for the suggestion. Definitely going to continue to look into it but will add this to my consideration.

    Yep:D. Like I always say, can't go wrong buying property. It's funny I was just talking to a buddy that declined buying your cabin when I mentioned it was for sale on my FB page. He bought a new camper that cost more than the asking price of your place instead. After seeing what property is selling for up here he definitely realized that he should've bought the cabin instead.
