    people that have shitty summers have beach or lake houses...ones with bad winters have houses in warmer climates, CA AZ FL. i know the terrain in cali is so diverse here its common to have houses in different parts of the state.

    i just heard about a cabin in south tahoe that is near 100mil..but its has a couple hundred acres and a 15bedroom house and all that...i think most on tahoe are @10-15million.....beach houses in california are at least 750,000+
