Both . Small tears . No surgery but they do still cause me some pain .It’s been 21 years since it happened . At the same time I herniated 3 disc in my cervical spine (neck) no surgery . That’s a small part of my injury list
My last MRIs added up to 8 herniated discs . Just keep on moving

Oh it’s not me. Some dumb fukker I know did it at work but didn’t report it because he thought it was nothing. The pain gets worse especially upon waking in the morning. Sometimes it wakes him up at night and he’s been a miserable mo’fuvka lately. He didn’t go to the doctor yet. He was told to put his hand in the small of his back with his thumb pointed up. Now try to move the hand away from the back. Can’t do it. Person said “your rotator cuff may be fukked. See a doctor” Now this dude ain’t no pussy but he’s gonna have to give in and go to the doctor.

 

Pretty much . My back hurts everyday . I have been doing some stretching which helps but I have to be careful with that now because I have a small inguinal hernia .

 

With all this guitar talk, had me thinking of Susan Tedeschi…. Extremely talented. You know you’re pretty talented when BBKing signs YOUR guitar.

I caught some glimpses of the bird jumping around in the bush . I think it had a different beak . Shorter thicker curved downward beak ,and defined blotches of color like part of its head was brown or a dark color with a sharp cut off where it was white .
