1/4 of an inch - it may just work w/ 0 offset.

    I had a 16x8-0 offset w/ 4.5" backspacing wrapped in 285/75/16 - no rubs.

I'll remove the wheel spacers Saturday and give you guys a update. That video helped a lot too. Thanks everyone.

Yep. If you remove the spacers you should be good. There's other fixes if you like that particular stance for some reason but if you don't care and you just want it to work without rubbing, spacers away.

Other options would be high-caster alignment with an aftermarket UCA to pull you away from the firewall and a CMC.

Unrelated but it’s cool we have similar TW handles and both have white trucks and uptop bravo racks. Your truck looks great and hope removing the spacers fix your rub

I have never heard of the wheels rubbing the plastic, must be frame and suspension bent, what did you hit?

Tires rubbing the fender liner or fender flare is very common. OP is almost certainly rubbing the cab mount and the fender flare where it attaches the wheel well in the bottom corner next to the cab mount because of the spacers.

They will remove the spacers and they will be fine.

The tire is rubbing the cab mounts or plastic area near the cab mount which I removed.. I'm about to remove the spacers. I'll start dropping pictures in a bit for a before and after. It only happens is I hit a steep angle with a almost full wheel lock. Just never been an issue before I had the new wheels (not tires) installed. Now the videos someone posted made sense that adding spacers increases my turn radius which I didn't even account for.

Update: I haven't taken it for a drive yet but from the looks of it it was the spacers.

Fender clearance looks better. Again thank you guys. But I'll take it for a ride to get a better idea.

Hello, I have a 2009 Tacoma with a 2” lift and 1.25” spacers. I currently have stock tundra wheels which have a very positive offset and 285/70R17 tires. I am rubbing with this set up so I am purchasing new wheels, I was thinking of getting wheels that are 18x9.5 Black Rhino Arches with a -18 offset. I would like to get new tires for these new wheels that are around 33’s but don’t know if that combination will be possible without rubbing, can I get these wheels?
