    Pertaining to the first part the new definition of frame and receiver would include AR UPPER receivers in addition to lowers. It will effectively make every AR-15 (and similar) a “ghost gun” by their definition and will be treated the same.

    This would also halt the sales of AR-15s because no manufacturers serialize the uppers so they’d be illegal in Oregon.

    I wrote my rep a letter a few weeks ago and got a “thanks we’ve been getting a lot of opinions on this topic” response blowing me off.

    Any of you gun experts nearish to kirkland able to help me out? My handguard keeps twisting even though it's torqued to spec and I've used locktite. Semi new build, only about 150 rounds through it

    I found out that my handguard uses an anti rotation pin that I need to drill into my upper apparently. I never did that to begin with. I'm an AR noob so I probably couldn't tell ya what I have.

    I believe it's a midwest industries handguard with an aero upper

    That's interesting. I've never heard of having to drill your upper to install a handguard.

    Also, my form 1 got rejected (didn't use a passport photo :anonymous:) do I need to send them finger prints again since I've already fixed the issue and resubmitted my form again? Can't find a straight answer
