I plan to go, probably going to go around the start time.

I don't have any pressing needs/wants for my truck but seems like an awesome event. ROKO I think in Natick is going to have one as well at the same time. I got plans near manchester so I won't go to both

@Peace1 did your message get deleted?

I agree, having used them is the biggest regret of my Tacoma ownership.

Mainline Overland in NH are the absolute worst. There is zero oversight, no professionalism. That sales guy Luke is lazy, a liar and a bulls***er. And the quality of the work is very poor.

    I haven’t dealt with them.
However, nothing about this surprises me.

I have a LONG list of places I will NEVER do business with, and ones I that I did, I keep hard notes on names, reasons, etc.

Sadly this was my experience. They talked to me very condescendingly about how they did something correct when the manuf was telling me they need to fix their mistake as the product was installed wrong. Among other things. I will always caution people to avoid them.

This is why competition is good. Mainline Overland are garbage because they are mostly the only game in town, so they don't care at all. Frankly, to do it all over again, I'd just go out west to get everything done. So much easier, much better job of things and less money too.

We have a Main Line Overland here in PA. Much of the same... Overpriced stuff that you can get easily elsewhere.

I had them mount/ balance/ align after putting on bigger tires and they said I needed more lift to fit them... Just 33x10's. They put them on and I had them fully clearing bump to strap and lock to lock within 2 hours with a little bit of grinder work.

Sorta sounds like OK4WD. Unless you’re willing to spend over 10k in one shot, you get treated like a leper

I tried to order a tent through them, couldn’t tell you how they work, as they never contacted me back.

I know I’ve been vocal in meetups about them but if you want something done wrong, they’ll have you all set for that.

I understand people are human and can make mistakes but they were incredibly rude about it as well. John and Matt, again thank you for being very supportive and helpful

Consider yourselves fortunate to not have dumped money there. I did find a boutique overland shop that’s worth the drive.

from first email to follow up…

Roko Vehicles really knocked it out of the park for me when I got the canopy installed. They were courteous prompt and efficient. Very thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Jon, Kai And Andrew run a great setup and have the knowledge and experience to back it up. For what it’s worth.

One guy there was super nice, Ron or Don or something like that. He was a jeeper though so he admitted himself that he did not know that much about Toyota IFS and thats respectable. Their "Toyota guy" didnt know shit and was also rude about it... Like lift to fit tires stupid.

My alignment did come out good but it is mediocre for tire clearance. Drives perfect though. I wish they were better cause I live 20 minutes from them. Not getting my business though.
