Squeaking Front End

I purchased my 2017 Tacoma TRD sport about 6 months ago. A couple days after the purchase I started noticing a squeaking noise coming from the front end, noticeably over uneven surfaces. I took in to the dealer to have it looked at. Of course they say it was just dirty and everything looked fine. Problem not solved. I took matters into my own hands and decided to put a RC lift kit on to replace the struts, UCA’s, Leafs and shocks, thinking that would eliminate the problem. It did for a couple weeks, then the squeak returned. I then focused on the front body mounts and replaced those, which were pretty worn. However that did not fix the problem either. I’m not sure what else it could be or what I should attack next. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Wait.. so you put a Rough country lift to get rid of the squeak??

Did your lift address the tie rods or ball joints?

 

No it didn’t, they look to be in good shape, though. I could be wrong.

That's about the only thing left I can think of since you pretty much replaced everything else that's not actively spinning.

Thanks, I guess I’ll try to tackle those next and see if that does the trick.

 

Maybe try spraying some WD-40 on things gradually and see when it stops

 

That almost sounds metal on metal. Have you checked the sway bar? I’d double check the bushings as well as clearance from sway bar to the splash shield supports.
