Have you tried swapping in your TPS from the old throttle body you removed?

Just put on the old TPS, still same codes.

So were those same codes present before you switched the throttle body out for the salvage yard one?

The P0120 code seems to get solved by good throttle body cleanings by many others on here. Is the new-to-you throttle body clean?

The P1300 code sounds odd. If that wasn't there prior to you switching the throttle body out, I wonder if you didn't bump a lose electrical connector or something. I'd check all of those connections near the igniter and MAF right behind the airbox

No the codes were not present. But, they have both disappeared. I went out to try and see if it I could figure out the problem and they were gone. I’ve driven it across town and back and they are still clear. But it’s still idling high and when I slow down it revs up a couple times.

Also, I did a cursory cleaning of the replacement throttle body. But not a full clean.

You try cleaning the MAF sensor yet? Maybe your new throttle body is good, but the old one wasn't the original culprit, despite it being dirty.

Yeah, I cleaned it a couple weeks ago. The IAC valve was included with the new throttle body. I think it all needs a good cleaning. But I’m hesitant to take to it apart because that’s what started this whole scenario. I think I just need to do it because I understand the throttle body breaking the way it did, is very unusual.

Nice! Good work! Gotta love the feeling of getting to the bottom of a pesky issue like that.
