@Yota X Ignore if I already posted this. Cruiser Patch is a fun channel to wild off-roading and repair tips. Usually one leads to another. I met Patch in Silverton CO last summer at the unofficial 100s in the Hills. 100s folks like to run in packs. Silverton is mecca.

Ohhh.. I didn't know about Taco SAS. The 100 will be a nice ride down to the Pine Barrens in NJ. It's like the Ouachitas south Jersey cousins.

I say this cause I'm considering a Pick Up as a trail rig as well

 

My buddy has a jig and alignment bar setup for trueing the 79-85 housings. He said they're usually bent a lil bit, even on stock tires sizes.

Housing truss and knuckle ball gussets are a good idea when going to 35s+

 

You could template your own truss and sell them

 

Radius cuts, and a piece long enough for 2 bends and it's all done.

I'm just not sure how tall it sits on the axle housing.
