I had a 2016 Frs. Looks the same color as BBP. But that year they added in purple and silver metallic flakes. Was insanely nice.

Shut down the world's economies problem solved. I'd imagine a dictatorship would produce less pollution than a democracy, but let's not dive into the deep end.

    1. Could there been another atmospheric, or intergalactic phenomenon which occured during the same time frame, that could have magically cleaned the air? I have my doubts, but let's study that to be sure.

    2. Could the lock down have been an orchestrated event, to provide the desired climate science for industry to use as an example for these types of questions, I have my doubts, but let's study that to be sure.

You'd probably need to form a panel of independent meteorologists. If they the emisson of GH gasses can efect weather patterns. Why wouldn't weather patterns be able to impact or disrupt the accumulation of GH gasses in the atmosphere? Especially if those weather patterns are effected by space weather?

He was just saying gas cars are more efficient than EV's. But I don't want to go too deep into his brain at all.

I forget which video it was, but one of those with the lead engineer, they opened up the gas cap and it said 87. They asked him about it and he basically said “yeah 87.”

I didn’t love the power train in my third gen, but I’ll be damned if it didn’t look great in BBP.

Everyone is forgetting we will be getting hydrogen, carbon capture and something along the lines of Synthetic fuel -not what it's called but it isn't made with fossil fuels

Dude don’t buy solar in AZ. I owned a home in hoakalei over in ewa beach. I put solar on cause it made sense. Only took 2 years with tax benefits to break even 35 percent state, 30 percent fed tax credits. It will take you about 15 years to break even here in AZ. They’ll mess up your roof and if there’s a problem with your roof you have to pay them to remove them and reinstall which is in the 3 to 5k range. Chances are you’ll have roof issues in that time. And never ever lease solar if you want to sell its a nightmare. One more thing people trying to get new policies with solar are getting denied or getting jacked on premiums. Many current are getting cancelled.

The artificial Govt push to create an EV market where one does not naturally exist will not be a win for anyone in the long run, artificially accelerating a technology and pushing a product into the market before the market or infrastructure is ready, is not a win for anyone. There are many things about the EV industry that are not a win for anyone.

I am not opposed to any new technology or way of doing things, if the market and consumers demand it. Brainwashing and forcing an industry to change earlier than the market demands I am opposed to.

I haven't found an EV that I like enough to buy yet, I take it by your response that you are current EV owner, are you happy with its performance? Is it everything advertised and more? How much are you saving since the switch?

So its not because fossil fuels are more expensive, its because govt regulations artificially make fossil fuels more costly than renewables....

I drove a Tesla for a few years and yes the gas v electric cost savings was substantial, more than 50% savings to go the same miles in a month. My area of NJ also is on nuclear.solar so that was a bonus. Also plenty of chargers around. Yes the switch is coming but there will be plenty of ICE cars to be had. The industry may be pushed but the consumer isn't pushed to buy an EV.

Fuel prices aren't set by government regulations. The market decides. The market being OPEC and US oil conglomerates when they need to buy a new yacht.

Yeah electricity here in PHX is so cheap it would take a while to break even. tbh if I were to install solar it would be as a roof over my rv to protect from the sun. Win win. All dependent on costs though.
