Finally got the rear suspension put together. Feels super solid. Very happy with the set up for now. Noticeable ride height change. Noticeable handling change. Looking forward to testing it it off-road to see for it really handles.

 

Another trip up Santiago canyon road to the holy Jim connection. Holy Jim still closed for now. Tested the new suspension and loved it. Feels super solid. Did all the offcamber offshoots and had no issues. All in all super happy with the upgrades and looking forward to exploring some trails once everything opens up all the way.

Also got to try out the new 4 way air deflator/inflator and new ten6 compressor from morrflate. Aired down all 4 tires to 12 psi in under 5 minutes and aired back up to 38 psi in under 10 for all 4 tires.

 

Maple springs road to north main divide to coal canyon road. Definitely took a wrong turn and ended up in chino state park. Not where I wanted to be. Other then that the ride was great. Found a Ford F-150 flipped on its side on north main divide. None present, no signs of injury. Just a flopped truck. Will definitely be doing most of this trail again soon. Still looking for a legitimate way to make this a through trail to somewhere without having to turn around.

Big news. 4X4KARL finally got accepted to the socal off-road recovery group haha. Glad I qualify for volunteering. Looking forward to helping anyone in the future.

 

In honor of those who fought and served I bought a big ass winch to pay it forward and help those in need. Serious thanks to all our veterans.

Been wanting one for a while now. Wolfbox 3 camera dash cam with hardwire kit installed today. Just need to do the rear camera later.

 

Progress

 

Reorganizing tools. Can’t believe how much space these rolls save. Went from two tool boxes, one being a full kit and the other a full box to 4 rolls. Game changer. Wish I took a picture before I transferred everything to show how much there was.
