I agree totally. It's frustrating for sure, but it is what it is...

True on that, I'm sure they didn't think they would sell so many lights. Not our problem that's for damn sure. Bad planning, that's for damn sure as well.

^^ There are certain inconveniences you cannot predict as a vendor. I know it sucks ya'll don't have your lights, but they are good quality and hopefully you'll get them soon. Vendor should have sent everyone regular e-mail updates to keep you in the loop.

HOWEVER... if you're not willing to send a text/e-mail/call to the vendor to check up on your order, then don't complain! Responsibility should fall on the vendor to upkeep communication, but in the end you paid for it and need to make sure you get it.

Got a text from the vendor this morning:
Hey can you post something on TW saying that everyone that is still waiting for their lights, I am still waiting for the lights from my supplier. The reason why i can't get them from somewhere else is because I have already paid for the light. Tell the people that havent received their lights to text me at 714 932 3279 to discuss some LED options - I will give them free LED reverse lights, brake lights, dome lights etc. Or a little bit of a refund on their money for the lights

lol i've been waiting longer for my slow cooker to arrive from Amazon. These are custom car parts and im sure other custom orders have taken longer. just ask anyone who has ordered a bumper, skid plate, custom valved shock. The vendor feels really embarrassed and definitely wants to make everyone happy, but he is getting kind of screwed over by his supplier. I guess that what happens when you are new to the game and expect too much from those you count on.

Talked to him today. I think he is sincerely sorry for the lights taking way longer than expected.

The parts he needs came in today. Should ship this week.

I was quoted 23rd at the very latest. I'm going to wait.

Got a photo via text from the light builder today -- woo-woo!
Two 700's inbound, and the Smittybilt lightbar is in hand waiting for install.
Also got the Blue Sea fusebox groupbuy, so it's looking to be a very fun week.

I know many complained about the wait, but I was impressed with the builder's responsiveness to questions, and I give him credit for making a ton of orders and giving us a solid deal
