Toyota has a VIN check site where they list the vehicle as it was built. Take a look there, you may have to register.
Post #19 seems to answer your original question.

The oak picture has been removed.

I could not find a loose connector. I think I found the same wire though and that continues into the wrapping and I'm not sure where from there.

Someone added a diagram in a previous post which seems to indicate it has to do with clutch start. That would make sense because I believe the clutch start cancel button was up in the above cluster. That, or maybe there is sensor regarding using the clutch to start that would plug in there since that's close to where the clutch would be. I have an automatic so I'm not much help there.

Which explains why the clutch start connector in the harness is unused.

Can you explain why mine 2017 AT doesn't have one?

Because, like I said, I found the wire but it continued into the wiring wrapping and I wasn't sure where so therefore I didn't find the end of the connector. You likely have it similarly wrapped. These trucks are generally 90% the same but just missing a few pieces that are generally plug and play.

Absolutely. Because you also have an AT and don’t have a clutch cancel switch. :D

Anything, but clutch switch. Colors don't even match the diagram

I thought the same thing… at first, @caribe makaira does not often make mistakes. Please open the picture in another link or program where you can enlarge and see the colors better. I did and found what I thought was two beige wires turned out to be a yellow and a beige. I just looked at my 2021 OR and can not find this connector. I do find another connector nearby with totally different colors.

It could be that it goes to something I actually have since I found the wire, just not the connector. I'm also at work currently and didn't dig very hard. But I believe the diagram at this point.
