What is meant by this? Car seat hooks aren't part of the seat?

Is it true that the small lettering cant be printed on the TRD logo like the person said on the previous post? When I placed my order he didnt mention anything about that.

I got two tone for the trd and toyota racing development logo, he never told me they don't do the small lettering anymore...?

 

Means if your passenger seat has the baby seat hooks, let Wet Okole know when ordering your seat covers so that they can give you the style of seat cover that leaves the baby hooks accessible.

wow! just spent 953.60 on seat covers............it's all good tho,wife got some too for the new 4runner. can't get in trouble this time!

When I placed my order, I asked for some form of written confirmation -- they couldn't. According to the salesperson, they took the order via a paper form and not electronically. So there was no easy way for them to give me a confirmation email. They mentioned that if you order via the online form, then you'll get the confirmation email.

So in this case I had them read the order back to me just to make sure that they had the order right, but I've got nothing else as far as confirmation of my order. That said, I have high confidence that everything will go well because they do this for a living and make great products.

 

For those of us that are a day late on this, what are the chances of us just calling them up and saying we are members of TW and just missed the group buy deadline and if its possible to still get in on it?

Does anyone have a phone # or contact name by chance?

 

Just placed my order for front and back seat covers, black with charcoal centre and black TRD logo. 3-4 weeks to get to Canada they say, but I think it will likely take a week or so more than that.

The fella I spoke with did not mention that, either. However, I did ask them to remove the 'Toyota Racing Development' in small letters over the TRD, he said no problem, they would do that. I would think that if they were not offering the small letters anymore, that would have come up then.

 

In speaking with the rep I spoke to, Steve, he said they send out an email when they ship with the tracking number. I know they were writing this all down on paper for now, and possibly entering the orders into their computer system later. No telling if they confirm at that point, I would think not, though. I could be wrong.

 

x2 on the e-mail when shipped. I spoke with Steve also. He read everything back to me. I felt confident in the transaction. FWIW
