This is why these projects go from taking 2 months to taking two years. Like mine likely will!

It’s been sitting at just the current shop alone for 2-1/2 years LOL

 

I’ve learned that whatever time I expect and plan for something to take, bump it to the next unit of calendar time. More accurate that way

 

Time to make some fix??

Just finished up some steering upgrades and solid motor mount install.



Driver motor mount was fully separated.

 

Weekend activities, rocks and dunes. 3 linking the rear in the next couple of months, stoked to gain some uptravel and tuneability, coming from the ole chevy 63 setup and cheapo shocks

Nice work on the custom slide rack! Curious to know how it works out for you.

Are you going to 3-link using a kit or custom make one?

 

I have it and agree with what everyone else has said. It works fine, but there's bigger for a similar price point, especially being 2wd

Came here expecting comments on the All-pro long travel they've been teasing the last few weeks.

 

There spindle is a straight dirt designs rip off….

 

Really not much innovation after a certain point TBH. Also looks awfully similar to the MC kit.

probably, since it already crushed the bedside…

 

so aren’t all of those flex measurements kinda silly, it’s not functional or usable travel if it’s bound up and you can’t actually move like that

 

Tire doesn’t touch coilover at all. It rubs the bed side but only at full bump, I’ll trim it when I get some time.
